FarEye - Product Manager

- We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be managing all parts of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

- You'll connect regularly with customers to become the company expert on our audience and industry. Manage all aspects of the product life-cycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, customer needs, requirement/use case definition.

Responsibilities :

- Scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wireframes, design and product requirements and other materials as needed to support UX design and development.

- Work closely with Product Team, Design and Engineering to specify requirements, and ensure features are being implemented according to business expectations.

- Gather insights from across teams within the Org and conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/analysis.

- Continuously improve existing products and features to drive product metrics

- Help drive the product roadmap based on key insights.

- A keen desire to solve business problems, and to find patterns and insights within structured and unstructured data

- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

- Analyze data to derive business insights.

- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.

- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into detailed product requirements and feature specs.

- Willing to learn new techniques and apply them in the business

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of total experience and 3+ years of Product Management exp. in real-time projects

- Good understanding of product management practices, feature prioritization, roadmap, business requirements, specifications and wireframing.

- Accountable, Can do and get things done attitude, independent and resourceful

- Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth startup environment.

- Very detail-oriented
