What You Will Do : - On Monthly basis - preparing FS per respective GAAP and consolidated FS as per IndAs - Analytical views of Financials with qualitative reasons (MoM, QoQ, YoY) - Preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits. - Preparing and reviewing JVs and related workings such as lease equalisation, fixed assets, depreciation, and ESOP etc. - Getting engaged with valuation teams etc for various reports required for accounting and reporting. - Assisting in preparing of TP and related compliance from the point of view of ensuring timely raise of TP invoices, recovery and inter -co JV, balance confirmation and settlement etc. - Assisting in write off process and approvals including statutory approvals such as Bank approval for debtor write off - Preparing adhoc requirements relating to financials and other business matrix for various investor reporting etc. - Ensuring monthly and annual compliances for respective legal entities. - FX and CTA validation - Preparing technical memo as per respective accounting standards for various routine and regular matters. What You Will Bring : - 3-6 Years + CA - Confident, self-motivator, pro-active & take ownership - Good communication skills - Good in excel and PPT
