Requirements :

- Must have prior affiliate management/marketing experience, at least 2 years

- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written

- Has offers basic knowledge and how tracking platforms work

- Excellent overall computer skills

- Be comfortable making own decisions, but strictly abide to set rules and guidelines

Responsibilities :

- Analyze affiliate traffic, sales, margins, payouts and costs to maximize profit

- Daily monitor multiple campaigns

- Work towards a set monthly goal

- Monitor affiliate activity to catch fraud

- Analyze account performance to identify areas for improvement

- Recruitment of new affiliates to join our affiliate program

- Manage existing affiliate relationships

- Promote our affiliate program on forums and blogs
