We're at the beginning of our story and growing at an incredible pace. - Our team conceptualises and executes campaigns and is responsible for the entire process including ideation, media planning, communication, creatives, the complete conversion funnel and optimisation. - We use tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, GTM, Firebase and Looker and continuously run A/B tests to optimise our campaigns and bring in more ROI. Your Role: - Own marketing function across performance, brand, SM, PR, primary role of building awareness of FanCode & it's properties to relevant consumers - Own growth strategy for FanCode. Work at the intersection of marketing & product to deliver strategies for unlocking user and revenue growth. - Exhibit bias for action with a relentless focus on identifying creative, non-traditional, cost-effective methods of acquiring new users. - Lead a team of high-functioning and driven individuals and be responsible for ensuring their growth and success. - Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a team culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
