Education &amp; Experience: - - The incumbent should have strong marketing and branding experience with FMCG industry experience of around 5 to 10 years (candidates from IIM's experience should be around 2-3 yrs in branding ). - Looking for someone who has managed a large product portfolio with extensive experience in BTL and ATL marketing activities - Preference for someone who has successfully launched a brand/product Brand or concept in one of her/his previous roles Leadership / People management Skills - Should have the passion and entrepreneurial spirit to build this business - Should be able to make good decisions in support of strategy delivery. - Should be having a pleasing personality &amp; flexible attitude of working with multi- cultural people and creating a Motivational environment for more. - Solves problems and analyses issues - Drives for results within the TAT - Communicates powerfully and prolifically - Attention to detail The incumbent will be responsible for: - - The key deliverable for this role is to ensure the profitable exponential growth of brand portfolio through a good brand marketing strategy - Ensuring profitability of each SKU in laid down norms - Maximizing return on marketing investments - Conducting relevant ATL and BTL programs as appropriate for product Brand - Working with creative and ad agencies to come up with good brand building activities - Having a strong working interface with all the departments in the organization - Responsible for consumer insight generation, tracking of competitive brands - Working on product improvements, and new product development/launch extension plans based on consumer insights and need-gap analysis from the market; Discovering best sellers and removing poorly performing SKUs; Carrying out and testing marketing initiatives for the same
