We have a opportunity for AM / Manager Taxation based at our Fort, Mumbai (HO) location. Job Description: - Preparing assessment details for group companies, individuals, Trusts, LLP etc - Preparing Computation of income for group companies, individuals, Trust, LLPs ( At year end and for advance Tax purposes). - Filling form ITR-6 for companies, ITR-2 for individuals, ITR-5 trusts, LLPS, ITR-7 charitable trusts etc. - Uploading ROI of companies, individuals, trusts, LLPs etc. - Assisting tax head in various matters like withholding tax, tax views, etc. - Supervising GST work in the company. - Discussing tax planning with tax head and implementing the same as per law. - Having working knowledge of international taxation including DTAA (Double Tax Avoidance Agreements), POEM (Place of Effective Management), BEPS (Base Erosion Profit Shifting) etc. Requirements: - Candidate should have post CA 3+ years experience in Taxation - Education should be qualified CA. Software: Tally & Excel.
