We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary / Corporate Lawyer with minimum 4 years of experience to join our team as a Family Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our clients' family offices, including accounting, taxation, financial reporting, portfolio management, funds management and strategic financial planning. The Family Office

Manager will work closely to ensure the efficient and effective management of the wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple family offices, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for clients.

- Monitor investment portfolios and work closely with investment advisors to ensure alignment with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.

Taxation and Compliance:

- Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, trusts, and other entities associated with the family office.

- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency for clients.

- Coordinate with external tax advisors and legal counsel as needed to address complex tax planning issues.

Strategic Financial Planning:

- Develop comprehensive financial plans and strategies to help clients achieve their wealth accumulation, preservation, and transfer goals.

- Collaborate with clients and their advisors to identify opportunities for wealth enhancement and asset diversification.

- Provide strategic guidance on estate planning, philanthropic giving, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
