FalconX - Product Manager

Deliver platform stability and scale trading systems to support growing client needs

Set revenue targets and execute on roadmap to deliver on targets

Collaborate with go-to-market, legal and compliance teams to proactively define and drive GTM strategies for new feature releases

Execute all phases of the trading product development lifecycle. Lead the development of new product features and initiatives from ideation and MVP through to scale

Spec and manage integrations with key 3rd party service providers and exchanges to scale trading systems

Manage priorities and timelines in close collaboration with the engineering, product, and operation functions

Work closely with engineering, customer success, operations, product owners, and finance to identify pain points and the biggest opportunities, break down complex problems, prioritize improvements to enable scale

Help define and drive FalconX's automated trading product strategy and roadmap with FalconX leadership

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market structure and participants

Team-oriented and demonstrated willingness to roll up the sleeves and get into the weeds

Experience :

6+ years product management experience in crypto, tech, fintech or financial services

Professional or active personal trading experience in cryptocurrency or other asset classes

Experience working with / as a quantitative trader

Experience influencing cross-functional go-to-market teams to deliver on targets

Experience writing specs, PRDs and creating roadmaps with product and engineering team members

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience building / managing active trading strategies and systems

Experience working as an early/founding team member

Experience developing algorithmic hedging or trading strategies
