FalconX - Product Manager

Experience

Candidates must have 5+ years in product management/engineering, with experience working with product, engineering teams, and stakeholder teams in highly fast-paced environments. You should have deep experience building and managing front, middle, and back office brokerage infrastructure. Experience in building execution management, trading and risk-related products and systems at a bank, asset manager, or hedge fund is required.

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates who have experience building risk management or analytics products at a broker dealer, prop trading firm, hedge fund, and/or clearing firm (experience within the crypto industry is a plus. Experience working as an early/founding team member at a growth stage startup, an MBA, FRM, or CFA would be advantageous.

You should have the ability to think strategically and execute methodically, demonstrating an ability to lead and manage multiple projects - with competing priorities & deadlines - from concept to completion.

You should also have a mindset geared towards scaling businesses and driving business outcomes. This includes having a deep understanding of how to work effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning various stakeholders towards common goals, and driving collaborative efforts to achieve business objectives.

Your ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and across a broad variety of roles, will be key to your success in this role. We expect you to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to handle and resolve complex problems that span workstreams and departments.
