FairMoney India is looking for a Finance Manager to structure and build the Finance function and operations in the country from scratch. As a Finance Manager, your role will be key in setting up the right processes and the right team to enable the ambitious business targets we have. Expect high level of responsibility and ownership! Responsibilities will include: - Work hand-in-hand with the Group Finance and Reporting Teams based in Europe. - Set up and manage execution of all accounting and audit items in a timely and organised manner - Supervise all cash operations between the HoldCo in France and the OpCo in India - Organise and own all public subsidies for the HoldCo - Support in Strategic Finance projects and fundraising projects in India - Manage tax position and work with advisors / external CA - Manage payroll processes working with 3rd parties and CA - Establish and overview Fin Admin processes (invoice and document flow, acceptance procedures,...) - Run weekly cash reconciliations and disbursal forecasts - Hire and mentor a team accordingly with business growth Preferred experience: - Bachelor- s/Master's degree with 5+ years of experience ideally in a Big 4 or a FinTech (lending, payments) - Accounting/Audit/FPnA/Cash Operations/Financial Controlling experience - Go getter attitude - Good at working with timelines and delivering high quality outputs - Appetite to get deep in the weeds before handing over structured Fin Admin processes to further team members - Advanced knowledge of MS EXCEL and financial modeling - Basic knowledge of SQL - Management experience of a team of 3+.
