Fairbridge - Investment Associate - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Investment Analysis:

a. Gather public information on target companies/industries through numerous sources

b. Build financial models for analysis and valuation

c. Analyze/monitor company/industry performance on an absolute and relative basis

d. Assist in the execution of mandated acquisition transactions

e. Assist in conducting hands-on financial and commercial due diligences

2. Manage monthly MIS process and business intelligence analysis of the relevant portfolio companies

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Chartered Accountant

2. Preferably an MBA degree from a top-tier B-school (not mandatory for candidates with directly relevant experience)

3. Strong analytical skills

4. Detail oriented and organized with an ability to multi-task

5. Self-starter and motivated professional

6. Dynamic personality, no egos

7. Minimum 7 years of work experience in financial analysis / consulting / strategy/investment management oriented roles
