US Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Leadership roles.
- Having 7-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition space.
- Proficient in Market Research, Competitor Mapping, preparing long-list & Short-list.
- Proficient in social media & Passive hiring.
- Create the hiring plans based on the business requirements and priorities.
- Plan the channels and set up the processes for sourcing and onboarding talent.
- Search for and operationalize new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
- Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand.
- Preparation of MIS and reports and present results to management in a timely manner
