Roles and Responsibilities:

- This is an inside sales position where-in the candidate will be responsible for setting up and leading the Sales pod (inside sales team), managing heavy outbound sales calls with prospective clients in North America (USA, Canada).\

- The position requires an energetic, aggressive self-starter who has excellent organization, computer, phone skills and the ability to achieve the sales goals and a team leader who maximizes overall team performance.

- The candidate needs to have proven experience and success in all inside sales skills (prospecting, lead generation, running phone, email, social media campaigns, anchoring first level conversations etc.,).

- Set goals, objectives for the inside sales team - Sales pod. Execute the goals and objectives for the sales pod lead generation program towards a portfolio of target organizations

- Take Factspan's service offering to target organizations via telephone, email, and other digital channels, cold calling leads to gauge the interest of prospects, secure meetings with qualified stakeholders

- Source new sales leads through outbound cold calls and emails

- Route qualified leads to the appropriate Sales leaders for further development and closure

- Close and achieve quarterly quotas

- Understand customer needs and requirements, research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Create, maintain and expand database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within CRM systems

- Monitor prospect intelligence and keep track of prospect/competitor movement and market situation.

- Report KPIs for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to show impacts from the inside sales pod performance

- Understand customer needs and requirements, research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- An inside sales team - Sales Pod leader will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable executing the goals for the Sales pod and making dozens of calls per day, working with your sales pod generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing deals with your Sales Leader

Skill & Experience:

- A great leader and team member who can make a big impact and lead the growth of our business

- More than 8 years' experience with at least 5+ years inside sales experience - sales development, market development experience or formal collegiate/professional sales training

- Proven track record of overachieving Sales targets

- University degree or equivalent

- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Gsuite and tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask

- Excellent phone and cold calling skills

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Good listener, collaborative, curious and keen to learn

- Agile and flexible for the start-up environment and to work with a global/diverse team

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, for coordinating, networking & communicating effectively to both internal & external stakeholders.

- Collaborative as well as independent manager - a flexible approach

- The candidate should display entrepreneurial skills and instinct in undertaking high-level strategic analysis and planning, together with the development of innovative value propositions for customers
