Factspan Analytics is looking for an experienced HR Manager who can contribute to the development of Factspan's HR Strategy and ensure its effective translation in India. You will manage all aspects of HR lifecycle from onboarding to exit of the employee. In collaboration with leadership, you will be required to build a positive employee environment that emphasizes Factspan's culture, core values, and individual and leadership expectations. You will ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business, linking change management needs, communications, tools and processes with overall business cultural and change direction, in order that the business culture and mindset evolves as required to ensure success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Participate actively to provide inputs to help build the HR Strategy.

- Build HR programs, policies and processes from ground up & review policies to ensure people policies meet business needs.

- Develop and deploy people strategies, policies and tools for Performance Management, Leadership and Talent Development, Rewards and Employee Welfare activities/ initiatives.

- Support, guide and monitor team and build metrics to track effectiveness of the HR function.

- Run engagement surveys/ eNPS - internal and external and drive action plans.

- Assist account leaders with critical people issues like retention, redundancy of employee and redeployment.

- Partner with business leaders and L&D function to identify right training and development needs, provide inputs for building competency matrix and career path programs.

- Participation and contribution in business meetings regularly to understand and assess the business conditions from people perspective.

- Run the performance management process - end to end.

- Collaborate with account managers for continuous improvements in managing people, implementing processes, interpreting policies acquiring feedback, resolving problems, managing and retaining talent, identifying, planning and executing employee performance induced programs.

- Ensure compliance - organization and statutory and participate in audits.

- Focus on enhancing employee experience at each and every touch point, provide inputs to help build platforms to enhance experience through automations / digitization.

- Contribute to the development of new compensation strategies through creative input combined with data analysis and a deep understanding of the company's future challenges (bonus plans, market position, salary range design, pay mix analysis etc.)

- Ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business, linking change management needs, communications, tools and processes with overall business cultural and change direction, in order that the business culture and mindset evolves as required to ensure success.

- Champion the Talent Management agenda at country level with laser focus towards building talent capabilities, strengthening succession, performance management, competitive compensation, career pathing, diversity and inclusion.

Desired Experience:

- At least 7+ years of extensive HR experience including strong HR functional expertise and track record of leading and implementing large scale change projects.

- Build HR programs ground up, and has worked previously in a startup environment, preferably in a Knowledge Services organization.

- Experience of working as an IC and managed team size of 4- 6 employees.

- Strategy & Analytical Skills: Translate business strategies & priorities into people strategies & priorities.

- Critical thinking: Identify issues & trends, develop solutions & recommendations to address the root cause.

- Quantitative Skills: leverage data to create HR strategies that support and drive business results.

- Strong communication: ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action.

- A collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation

- Comfortable as a "hands-on" manager and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done

- Honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required.

- Navigate a fast-paced global organization and partner on issues across HR and the business.

- Work collaboratively using excellent consulting, influencing and negotiation skills and to develop strong, positive working relationships.

- Knowledgeable on local country labor laws, compensation, employment law matters, employment legislation, and compliance

- Proven experience working with globally dispersed team.

Qualification: Master's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
