Senior Manager HR
Position : Senior Manager - HR
Operations & Execution (Projects & Activities in any of these areas) :
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Develop HR plans and policies (Performance, Compensation, R&R etc.) and analyze the effectiveness
- Create an enriching work culture and work towards sustaining it
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and in accordance with best market practices
- Structure competitive compensation packages and measure their success
- Prepare reports for the top management using business metrics and KPIs

Eligibility :
- HRM students from a Tier 1 college
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (HR Ops, Comp & Ben, Talent management, PMS, Org Design etc.)
- For Senior Manager-HR : 5-8 years of work experience
- For Manager-HR : 3-5 years of work experience
