About the Role :

As Director of Business Excellence, you will have an opportunity to quantum improve the functioning and operations across all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for developing and executing the initiatives to drive excellence across Delivery and Corporate functions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Set roadmap for Business Excellence for the next 24 months

- Strategizing and planning improvements across Margins, Productivity, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Innovation

- Plan and develop framework for continuous and step change improvements across business processes

- Own the metrics for Excellence and execute the programs to improve the metrics.

- Work in a collaborative way with the Directors across all the functions to plan and drive the improvement programs

- Responsible for all program and project delivery standards across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Delivery models.

- Define the quality strategy and drive key improvement projects for strategic impact for clients.

Qualifications :

- 12+ years of overall experience in Management Consulting, Program management

- M. Tech / B. Tech or Masters in Statistics/Mathematics or any quantitative domain, or MBA from a premier institute

- Expertise in Six Sigma / LEAN frameworks

- Prior experience in working with senior business leaders and acting as their thought partner
