Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process.
- Supervise a recruiting team and its daily operations and create successful recruitment process.
- Create the hiring plans based on the business requirements and priorities.
- Plan the channels and set up the processes for sourcing and onboarding talent.
- Search for and operationalize new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers across the organization to forecast future hiring needs.
- Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand.
- Create manpower plan for every quarter understand business requirement and quick TAT for filling up vacancies.
- Preparation of MIS and reports and present results to management in a timely manner.

- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Holds experience in recruiting candidates in the BI/Analytics space.

Educational Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, master's degree a plus.
