As a - Associate Manager-, a typical day might include the following- The Associate Manager in Factspan is a critical leadership position with accountabilities ranging from project execution, team management and stakeholder handling. The AM belongs to a select club and this group is coached and mentored to become the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities:

Data Engineering

- Conceptualize the Engineering methodology and solution comprising of the framework, the tech stack, the technologies and products to support the solution

- Define the standards for the execution - Coding guidelines, development, and deployment frameworks, testing practices to ensure the solution delivered is best-in-class

- Constantly aware of the latest in the technological landscape and use cases to provide innovative solutions to the client's technical requirements.

- Communicate expectations and establish deadlines in agreement with client and delivery team. The person will be responsible for formulating a strategic vision and a tactical roadmap to meet clients'needs

Project Management

- Manage operational workflow and ensure seamless delivery for both quick turnaround analysis and long-term projects

- Managing cross-functional interdependencies

Account Management

- Interacting with client/onsite team to understand client's business problems, defining, executing, and delivering the Engineering solution to the business problems

- Develop POCs and create POVs towards account growth. Support on the Sales effort through RFIs andRFPs.

People Management

- Able to build relationships, trust and work collaboratively on small and large teams across functions and in a professional manner

- Comfortable in guiding and mentoring the junior folks in the team Proactive towards organizational initiatives and people activities like training, developing people by creating growth plans, etc

Qualification & Experience:

- 4-8 years of experience in Data Engineering

- Bachelor- s/Master's Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics.

- Excellent hands-on working knowledge in ETL, Big Data, Data Modeling, Python, Hadoop, SQL, AWS/GCP/Azure
