Factory Manager - Production

1.Legal & Compliance

- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.

2.Workforce, Labour Management and HR

- Recruit, train, and supervise production staff.

- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.,Foster a positive and productive work environment.

3.Inventory Management

- Oversees inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and efficient utilization of resources, contributing to streamlined production processes and cost-effective operations

4.Plant Operations

- Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and cost-efficiency.

- Manages the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.

5.Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient administrative procedures, specifically tailored to the audio products industry.

6.Office Management:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a well-functioning office environment.

- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning EMS etc.
