Factory managers supervise an entire industrial factory. They must be able to oversee every activity in a plant. They are to implement all rules and policies to all factory workers and ensure them that they follow ever regulation. There are basic duties factory workers do in common even they work in different types of businesses. Duties : The following are the basic tasks and duties of Factory managers :&nbsp; - They are in charge to look over the factory's finances;&nbsp; - They execute system a plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organize;&nbsp; - Factory managers are in charge of interviewing, screening and hiring new workers and employees;&nbsp; - They ensure that safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory workers;&nbsp; - They take responsibility on all the activities occurring in the factory or plant may it be good or bad;&nbsp; - Lastly, factory managers ensure good relationships among the workers and that there is equal treatment applied to them - Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. - Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers. - Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. - Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order. - Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues. - Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers. - Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards. - Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets. - Should be from Sheet Metal Industry - Should handle manpower of 200-500 - Should have an experience of at-least 14 yrs - Should have done Bachelors in Engineering (MBA is preferred)
