Factory Manager - Manufacturing

Designation: Factory Manager

Experience: Minimum 15 years in manufacturing setup

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall production operations that would involve: Planning, budgeting, leading production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, workforce management

2. Analyse production data and initiate strategic recommendations

3. Ensure rationalization of manpower anpd optimum output of machines

4. Ensure that quality standards are followed

5. Hire, develop and train the personnel/labour in order to run all the processes smoothly.

6. Ensure environment, health and safety compliance.

7. Maintain statutory compliance to government laws and regulations in all the domains.

8. Submit daily and weekly progress across core management team

9. Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure plant availability.

Key Requirements:

1. Min 10 years of hands on experience.

2. B.E Mechanical/Electrical or Diploma/PG Degree in operations

3. Experience in operations of highly automated PLC & CNC based machines along with machine maintenance. Knowledge of die tools will be an added advantage.

4. Should possess good leadership and inter personal skills

5. Good Communication (written and oral)
