Factory Manager - FMCG

Male candidate, should have a sound exposure towards handling all the issues pertaining to factory management, Strong administrative capabilities

- 10 to 15 years strong performance record track in providing leadership for plant-related HR functions which include IR and Administration.

- Managing Plant Operations (Production Planning, Shop Floor, Purchase and Inventory management, Maintenance, Waste Management)

- Ensure quality production as per norms and systems set by management

- Ensure compliance with govt. departments

- Process and systems improvements

- Ensuring Plant Health & safety

- Co-coordinating with other departments, logistics and vendor development etc

- Educating and motivating subordinates for Health & Safety, Housekeeping etc.

- Lab our Handling /related issues solutions
