Job Location - Kinshasa, D.R.Congo

Designation - Factory Manager

Experience - 10 to 15 years in cosmetic industry

Salary - As Per candidate (Fixed Salary + Bachelor & Family Accommodation)

Education - PG in Chemistry or other Equivalent Professional Degree & a degree/PG in engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

- You will also be instrumental in establishing the 3 year plan and budget every year in terms of investments, overhead, costs, standard time and standard losses.

- Procurement that includes sourcing and choosing the right supplier and right Raw material

- Co-coordinating with Logistics department

- Organizing and planning the production unit's activities to respond to the requirements of the Market. Co-coordinating with Marketing and Sales.

- Checking and sizing the resources (human, equipment, surfaces, procedures) with regard to requirements

- Transmitting and applying the industrial policy rules in terms of Quality, safety, organization, equipment performance and cost control, in cooperation with the other factory departments

- Channeling choices and validating new equipment with the support of the skills of services internal and external

- Monitoring and improving the performance of the production unit on the basis of key business indicators (better yield rate, Low accident rate, rejected lots, RFT, up-time ratios, production plan achievement rate, etc.)

- Developing the abilities of the unit by enabling them to take responsibility for the main development lines (by coaching, training, etc.)

- Conceiving , formulating & developing new products ( in all segments which includes, Skincare, Homecare, Healthcare )

- Experience in understanding manufacturing and packaging techniques Good knowledge of product optimization methods - KANBAN, SMED

- Capable to Implement, coordinate & follow with the compliance ISO, HACCP, TPM, ISO9001, BIS etc.
