Factory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager with strong production knowledge. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the factory, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a keen eye for optimizing processes.

Responsibilities :

Process Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

- Identify areas for automation or technology implementation to streamline operations.

Quality Assurance:

- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet or exceed customer specifications.

- Monitor production output to identify and address quality issues promptly.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Health and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the factory.

- Promote a safe working environment and implement measures to prevent accidents or injuries.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Develop and manage the factory budget, monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

- Analyze production costs and implement strategies to optimize cost-efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics, challenges, and improvement initiatives.

- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical / Metallurgy & Materials). A master's degree is a plus.

- Have end to end knowledge about Operation Management, Quality Assurance and Control, Commissioning, and Machinery.
