One of the leading names in FMCG space wishes to recruit the HR Manager (Head) of their most modern and new plant at Pune.

The incumbent would lead a team of 3 HR professionals to manage the complete gamut of HR for the set up.

Candidate Profile:

- '05/'07batch premier B School graduates (XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, MDI and like)

- Must have had a Factory stint , ideally a state of the art set up.

- Must have exposure to managing business hr , deployment of annual processes in an organisation of repute (FMCG, Durables, Automotive )
