Factory HR/IR Head - 25+ years exp.
Hyderabad based
IR heavy experience - Excellent opportunity to head HR and IR for a Pharma Manufacturing & Opportunity to work directly with the leadership team / this is a 4 months to 6 months contractual job
Role:
- Proactive IR management to avoid any risk of new union formation/other
- Establishing long term IR Blue print for organization introducing uniform policies approach
- Developing IR Capabilities across organization
- Mfg. Excellence with Proactive IR & Supervisory Skills
- Managing uniform grievance redressal mechanism, contract labour management system, OT reduction plan and R&R
- Maintaining harmonious industrial relations among management and employees through efficient administration and resolution of employee's grievances
Desired Candidate Profile
The Successful Applicant:
- You should come with a minimum of 25+ years of experience in working as a Plant IR/HR professional in a strong IR heavy environment
- Must have worked in HR & IR for multiple plants within a manufacturing environment
- You should be fluent in English and should have strong communication skills
- Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Candidates should have very strong exposure to IR and Hyderabad / Telangana belt union experience is mandatory
