A Large diversified business conglomerate is in need of high potential and experienced Factory HR Heads for various locations across India.
- The ideal candidate should be a qualified HR professional with at least 20 years of overall experience, of which majority in the Manufacturing sector.
- The individual should have strong IR/ ER experience in a Large Manufacturing set ups, complete understanding and experience of statutory compliance.
- Should have managed end to end Factory HR Operations for large set ups including Township Management.
- The individual should have dealt with Trade Unions, handled large settlements, have the finesse to deal with Regulatory and government bodies etc.
- The person should have also managed and have a success track record in workforce development.
- He would be reporting to the Business Unit Head administratively with a functional dotted line to the Corporate HR.
