Factory HR Business Partner - Pharma

HRBP Factory - Global Pharma Company/ Bangalore

- You will be responsible to address industrial relations challenges and drive capability building programs.

- You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to improving consistency and effectiveness.

- You will need to leverage your IR expertise to build capability through application of policies, practices and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

- 5 - 7 years of experience as Factory - HR and MBA from a reputed institute

- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing organisation is preferred

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
