Job purpose & Scope Lead Human Resources function of Manufacturing units and ensure timely support to all external and internal stakeholders with focus on Industrial Relations, Trade Union matters, Wage Negotiations, Legal, HR Operations, Employee engagement and L&D.


 Major Areas of Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with the Factory Head /Department Heads to define and execute the talent strategy. 


- Provide manpower support as per business requirement. 


- Draft and implement employee related policies align with HO keeping in mind best-practices within the industry. 


- Ensure the company has best practices in performance management framework align with corporate HR department and ensure it is effectively communicated to managers and officers. 


- Must have knowledge on payroll and payroll related compliances.


 - Assess employees training needs in coordination with various department Heads and execute in consultation with HO L&D team. 


- To ensure proper compliance under various labor laws as applicable to the factory.


 - To monitor and facilitate compliance of all applicable statutory obligations and under various other laws. 


- To maintain harmony between management and trade union. 


- Good exposure in handling multiple unions and their wage settlement. 


- Ensure overall factory administration including security and canteen management.

Industrial Relations (IR) :


- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations. Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment in the organization. 


- Negotiations with Employees Union concerning Wage Revision/Bonus/Incentives. Participating dispute settlement machinery (conciliation, arbitration & adjudication). Implementing disciplinary standards for minimizing violations of rules & regulations. Maintaining cordial relations in the factory and facilitating transparent communication between the managers and the Associates.


 - Conducting negotiations with labor unions for resolution of issues/grievances and realizing agreements. Relationship management with trade unions for maintaining peaceful Industrial Relations & avoiding strikes, lockouts. Designing and implementing processes to effectively address employee's issues and drive motivational activities. Counseling the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating employee satisfaction & development activities.

Candidate must have extensive experience as a plant HR including Union negotiations.

Candidate must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
