Facility Manager - Transportation Firm

Responsibilities

- Managing and supervising the facilities, transportation, travel and IT inventory management capacities

- Managing and supervising the upkeep and maintenance of all them facilities in India

- Managing and supervising the employee Transportation- Pan India

- Managing and supervising the outbound travel for all the employees of India entities

- Supporting Project Management Associate and Office Manager on ad-hoc basis in execution of small projects and any other general office requirements

- Carrying out general maintenance of respective offices and coordinate fixes with contractors as needed

- Managing scheduling and routine facilities maintenance (cleaning services, repairs etc.)

- Coordinating with building management and appointed third party management services company for invoicing, common area maintenance, contract renewal, or any other general building management related issues

- Managing the security of the premises

- Managing and supervising the IT inventory in coordination with Enterprise and Procurement team

- Assisting with events and hospitality as needed (setup and coordination)

- Coordinating and ensuring health & safety procedures as necessary

- Executing and revising all service contracts (in consultation with Regional Corporate Services Manager) in place and determining if any need to be canceled or upgraded while determining whether any new service contracts need to be set up

- Checking all the invoices and confirm and forward to the Regional Corporate Services Manager for further approvals.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, facilities management, or MBA in related field

- At least 10 years of work experience in facilities management & travel management 

- Housekeeping Management and Cafeteria Management, outbound travel in a big MNC. Candidates with SEZ background will be preferred.

- Should have good knowledge of employee safety

- High Proficiency in MS Office mandatory

- Ability to work intelligently and efficiently under pressure

- Excellent time-management skills, including exceptional attention to detail and meticulous organization

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
