Hiring for Facility Manager.

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Job Summary:

As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. You will oversee all aspects of facility management, including building maintenance, safety and security, space planning, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

- Manage facility budgets and expenses, including negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers.

- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for facility repairs and maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, and develop emergency response plans.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance issues and address them promptly.

- Plan and oversee facility renovation and improvement projects.

- Manage facility security systems and protocols to ensure the safety of employees and assets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, clients, and regulatory agencies.

- Supervise and train facility maintenance staff, including hiring and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in facility management, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts.

- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
