Urgent Opening for Facility Manager   Core Responsibilities:  - Makes and executes necessary decisions required to keep the operations successfully moving forward toward the achievement of identified strategic goals and objectives   - Works with hospitality assets’ management team to develop an operational strategy that is aligned with the organisation’s business strategy and leads its’ execution   - Effectively works with Department Heads to develop and implement departmental strategies and manage the implementation of the organisation’s strategic and departmental initiatives   - Develops, implements and monitors appropriate systems to analyze and improve on guest and customer satisfaction   - Communicates a clear and consistent message throughout all hospitality assets regarding overall operational and departmental goals to produce desired results   - Ensures all operational standards and internal policies are kept up-to-date at all times and implemented on a consistent basis   - Maximizes the maintenance efficiencies across the entire portfolio   - Monitors and acts when required on staffing levels and productivity targets.  - Conducts regular performance appraisals with all Department Heads, identifying areas for development and training   - Ensures all Department Heads conduct regular performance appraisals with their staff; supporting them in identifying areas for development and training as and when required   - Actively participates in all Departmental Meetings and other team member meetings as required   - Regularly circulate throughout all areas of responsibility, leading by example and maintaining a supportive, positive and engaging profile with all team members  Special Guests & Customer Experience:   - Consistently demonstrates to guests and team members a commitment to service excellence   - Ensures annual goals relating to service standards are met and all standards are consistently adhered to   - Motivates and engages Department Heads and team members to consistently deliver the best possible service to guests at all times   - Reviews guest/customer feedback with leadership team and verifies that appropriate corrective action is taken   - Responds to and resolves guest/customer concerns/issues efficiently and courteously to prevent reoccurrence and ensure guest/customer will become a repeat customer   - Stays visible and engages with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction  - Facility Management   - Procurement and Contract management   - Building and grounds maintenance; cleaning   - Vendor Management   - Health and Safety   - Security   - Utilities and communications infrastructure   - Space management
