Urgent opening for Facilities Manager / Chief Engineer position for leading facilities management company.

Qualification: B.E / Dip Mechanical/Electrical

Experience: 7+ yrs

Location: Bandra (BKC)

Nature of work

- Working under property management

- Operation & Maintenance of 625tr centrifugal Trane chillers, AHU, Cooling Tower, FCU

- Operation of 1450kva Diesel Generator.

- Operation of Fire Panels, smoke Detectors, Hooter, Flasher, fire pump, sprinkler pump, jockey pumps etc.

- Maintaining of log sheet of every equipments

- Making PPM schedule of every equipments

- Operation of STP equipments like Air blowers, flushing pump, domestic pump. Irrigation pump, collection tank, decantation tank etc.

- Billing of common area maintenance (CAM).

- Follow-up for AMC of equipments.

- Basic knowledge of HT panel, LT panel, ACB, VCB, DG,UPS

- Maintaining of Inventory Management (stock).

- Basic knowledge of Budget for MEP.

- Basic knowledge of Energy Saving for MEP.
