Job Description

- General Administration: Transportation, Housekeeping services, Access control and leave Management, Guest House Management, Space Management, Meeting room arrangements & Visitor Management etc

- Facilities: Handling facilities as a back up to facility manager in his absence. HT & LT side, DG set, Air conditioning system, Air compressors, EOT cranes, Sewage treatment plant, BMS including intelligent lighting management system.

- Vendor Management: Tracking vendor performance, Preparation of scope of work document, floating bidding, comparison of three vendors, short listing of vendor (team including purchase and finance), finalisation of contracts with SLA, discussion with legal for specific clauses etc

- Compliance: Statutory compliance related to Admin services like HK, transportation, guest house for ESI, PF, renewals etc

- Budget and MIS Reporting: Preparation of MIS reports, Preparation of budget for entire admin function considering the present expenses anticipated head count increase and cost increase of each service due to inflation. Also preparation of capex budget for the department.
