We have an immediate requirement for Facilities Director with one of our client at Bangalore.

Key responsibilities include:
- Facilities Management
- Routine maintenance of building operations and engineering systems
- Maintenance contract management
- Emergency call out and rectification services
- Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC)
- Project Management of space construction
- Management, administration, and client engagement
- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and prioritize initiatives focused on client services, value delivery, system reliability, efficiency / cost control, training, budget / project planning, and resource management
- Play a leadership role in the Bangalore business continuity planning (BCP)
- Vendor manage outsourced service providers and maintain operating standards and procedures
- Office Administration
- Travel, Amenities, Reprographics, Mail & Distribution and Reception
Qualifications / Experience
Education: Strong credentials with a minimum of an undergraduate degree; a post-graduate degree is a plus.
Major Course of Study: Real estate / facilities management / engineering / business.
Language skills: English fluency is mandatory. Knowledge of Indian dialects is a plus.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Work experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant business experience
Skills: Project management, analytical, and problem solving
Competencies: Team player, self-motivated, innovative, professional, positive, energetic, and attention to detail
- A self-starter, who is comfortable working in an environment far from regional or headquarters support, and inspires the trust and confidence of management
- Demonstrated track record meeting financial business plan budgets and project schedules. Broad knowledge of real estate / property services finance with a high analytic aptitude is a plus. Professional vendor management including procurement aspects such as RFP procedures will be beneficial
- Strong problem solving skills with an ability to derive innovative solutions, a hands-on decision maker
