Learning & Development Facilitator (Corporate Trainer, Behavioral Training)

Job Purpose : We are looking for an excellent trainer to help our employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. The role is responsible for engaging with stakeholders and global partners to plan, design and deliver L&D initiatives and activities that support employee development and meet strategic goals.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Develop strong and positive relationships at all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders and global partners.

- Deliver the annual training program that supports employees with their personal and professional development by creating and delivering high-quality in-person and online training.

- Design and deliver high-quality blended learning solutions tailored to meet the needs of individuals and the business, including projects and cultural programs.

- Create engaging content, materials, and resources that support learner engagement and knowledge transfer.

- In partnership with managers and senior stakeholders create departmental and individual development plans that facilitate employee development

- Responsible for managing new employee orientation.

- Continuous learning by proactively keeping up to date with industry knowledge and best practices. Research new teaching methods.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

- Strong experience in training delivering and facilitation

- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, presentation, and facilitation)

- Experience in persuading and influencing stakeholders across all levels.

- Self-motivated, with an enthusiastic approach to employee learning and personal development.

- Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and solution-oriented approach.

- Flexible approach to work to support global partners across various time zones.

- Strong and relevant experience working in a training design and delivery role

- Ability to identify gaps in skills

- Proficient in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint); e-learning software would be an asset. CPLP Certification (Certified Professional in Learning & Performance) or Trainer certification from any other recognized body will be a plus.
