Facilio has a unique opportunity for product marketing professionals to push their career to the next level at a fast-growth start-up. We strike a unique balance between speed & strategy and our team is obsessed with creating delightful experiences for our existing and future customers at every touchpoint. In this role, you will design, create, and own important product marketing campaigns, build a differentiated brand, and drive revenue.

Role:

We're looking to grow our product marketing team to align with the GTM and expansion of our product portfolio. Our ideal candidate loves product marketing because they love being able to influence people's perceptions and software choices through differentiated product stories.

- Own Competitive Messaging:

Analyze competitive information on websites, marketing materials, analyst reports, 3rd party review sites and pricing/packaging. Use it to provide differentiated messaging that positions Facilio as a leader in the CMMS market across website, inbound, and outbound channels.

- Own Evangelism Content:

Become the go-to expert for Connected CMMS solution/modules to help shape customer understanding and product perception. Partner with industry experts/influencers and advocate our story of connected CMMS to the larger audience by owning a wide array of content initiatives: webinars, workshops, product videos, position papers, blog posts and more.

- Own Product Education & Adoption:

Become an expert on our customers and their unique cases. Partner with internal teams to execute campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.

- Support Sales Enablement:

Communicate value proposition and own educational content to support sales and deals (case studies, RFP support, evaluate wrap-up presentations, ROI/TCO calculators for key logos, battle cards, playbooks, feature pages) and more.

Requirements:


- 2+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, with at least 1 year in B2B SaaS.

- Passionate storyteller:

The ability to craft compelling messaging and content that closes deals.

- Enterprise/SaaS obsessed:

You have an innate affinity towards working with large, global customers and understand how to best position products and solutions for this audience.

- Strong show of work:

You've created a wide array of content including but not limited to case studies, sales presentations, webinars, white papers, videos, blog posts, etc.

- Cross-functional:

You are a team player and comfortable collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders

- Win-win mindset:

You have strong program management skills; A knack to get things done by partnering with different teams across the company

- Results-oriented:

Your strengths lie in mapping ideas x practical execution. You can showcase clear outcomes against every initiative you take up.

- High agency:

Meeting deadlines is non-negotiable for you; In the face of obstacles, you are always ready with solutions, not excuses.
