Supertails.com is a very new platform solving a very old challenge: making woofs, meows, chirps, and everything in between louder, healthier, and braver. We are building, overnight, a platform that solves the many unique needs of the pet-parent community in a one-stop universe for everything pet and essential veterinary care.

We are looking for creative pet parents who want to re-think and re-present the existing pet-care narrative: An Facebook Marketing - Assistant Manager who has the eagerness to learn and grow professionally. We dig kind, ambitious, creative people who are driven to make an impact in a collaborative environment

What you will do:

- Drive growth for our e-commerce brand "Supertails" and our DTC brand "Henlo" by managing and optimizing Facebook marketing campaigns

- Develop, execute, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns with a focus on D2C strategies

- Collaborate effectively with our internal team of designers, marketing experts, and other specialists to develop integrated campaigns

- Evaluate campaign performance and develop data-driven strategies to meet and exceed company goals

- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Facebook marketing landscape for growth and scale the revenues.

Skills we're looking for:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) company is required, specifically in setting up campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager.

- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and trends, with a focus on D2C, E-commerce, and paid marketing

- Comprehensive knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager

- Exceptional skills in ad copy and creative analysis.

- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities to optimize campaign performance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client management

- A Facebook blueprint certification is mandatory
