HFC – Hire From College ( – Regional Corporate Sales Manager

By virtue of engaging with a very large set of students (approx 3Lakhs for FY 15) pursuing higher education, we are uniquely positioned to solve every possible freshers hiring/training related problem that organisations (Large Corporate Orgs to SMEs) face today.

The role involves customer acquisition and customer management responsibility, day-to-day tasks involve:

- Scoping and sourcing new enterprise customer leads mainly across IT/ITeS and Manufacturing sectors for fresher hiring and training

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing enterprise customers(3 of top 5 Indian IT majors are our clients)

- Dealing with general customer relationship management/customer support case resolution

- Generating new business ideas/avenues through consultative approach for the specified sectors

Ideal Candidate

- Extrovert / builds relationships

- Possess skills to communicate professionally, confidentially, and effectively

- Likes to travel / on the field exposure

- Execution orientation


- Premier B-School MBA or T-School B.Tech/B.E (Only Top 15 – Older IITs, BITS, Top NITs)

- 2-5 years B2B Sales experience(experience in recruiting markets a big plus)
