Online Marketing Head - Furniture and Home eCommerce

We are a ecommerce company in the home furniture and furnishing space.

This person will play a senior management role in handling the online marketing of our eCommerce website. He/She will lead the online marketing efforts with responsibility for SEO, SEM, SMM, affiliate and other forms of online customer acquisition and management, including customer experience innovation. Responsible for driving the top and bottom line and managing all aspects of online marketing. This role includes managing a team of marketing managers and possibly vendors.

Keys to success also include a strong interest in eCommerce and the furniture or home furnishing industry, the desire to create a unique and compelling customer experience, and a passion for retail.

Responsibilities:

- Ready knowledge of key marketing channels

- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.

- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in the heat of battle.

- Communications and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust up, down, and across the company

- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves

- Growth potential to lead much larger and more complex businesses

Eligibility:

- 6+ years of relevant work experience

- Experience directly leading a team and managing their performance

- Experience with P&L responsibility

- Experience with online marketing, vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion,

- Some travel may be required
