We are looking for a sharp, creative and high-on-energy person to lead Business Development, Strategic Alliances, PR and influencers for our e-Commerce startup - FableStreet. The person should be a self-starter and should be able to take full ownership of all entire role and deliverables  The start-up is founded by graduates from IIM Calcutta with 7-8 years of experience as consultants with firms like McKinsey & Co and has recently raised early funding from a clutch of seasoned investors. The venture will offer significant growth potential along with tremendous learning opportunity and exposure across all facets of business.  Purpose of the Job :  - Develop and execute company's BD strategy, along with planning and budgeting  - Design, implement and manage online and offline alliances, focusing on building awareness and customer acquisition  - Ensuring unit economics profitability after user acquisition costs (key KRA of the role)   Key Skills :   - Strong expertise and experience in BD alliances  - Knowledge of, and connects in E-Commerce, Fashion, Lifestyle and PR world.   - Strong networking skills  - Strong analytical skills and expertise in measuring RoI across various marketing channels  Qualification / Experience :   - Good networks in marketing / branding / PR space  - Should have strong communication skills  - Passion for apparel and fashion is a plus  - Candidates from premier institutes will be preferred  Location : Delhi NCR   Compensation : Reasonable compensation at par with Industry
