Our founder, Ayushi Gudwani, is an MBA from IIM Calcutta and has worked with McKinsey &amp; Co. for 7 years as a consultant before starting this venture last year. The venture has received significant traction post its launch and is currently expanding its team. We have also raised early funding from a clutch of seasoned investors. - We are looking for a sharp, creative and high-on-energy person to manager our branding and marketing. - The person should have a good understanding of various business functions (beyond marketing), along with a strong exposure to startup world. - This role will offer you an opportunity to be a part of the core team, while offering significant growth potential and tremendous learning opportunity/exposure across all facets of business. Purpose of the Job : - Define the overall brand strategy and positioning and ensure all communication and marketing activities are aligned to that - Develop and execute company's marketing strategy, along with planning and budgeting - Design, implement and manage online and offline marketing programs, focusing on building awareness and customer acquisition - Ensuring unit economics profitability after user acquisition costs (key KRA of the role) Key Skills : - Strong expertise and understanding of all type of branding / marketing campaigns. Very good understanding of non-paid marketing techniques - Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing (especially Facebook), Google Analytics, Google Ad words and other PPC campaigns etc. - Strong analytical skills and expertise in measuring RoI across various marketing channels Qualification / Experience : - Should have hands-on experience in branding &amp; marketing, for at least 3 years. Expertise in Digital marketing is a big plus - Good networks in branding / marketing / PR space. Should have strong communication skills and a passion for apparel / fashion. Location : Delhi NCR
