- We are looking for a smart and high-on-energy team member to manage Business Strategy and Product experience for FableStreet (www.fablestreet.com), an e-Commerce startup in women's work-wear space. The person should be a self-starter and go-getter who is able to independently manage the responsibilities and get the desired output in a timely manner - The start-up is founded by graduates from IIM Calcutta with 7-8 years of experience as consultants with firms like McKinsey &amp; Co and has raised funding from a clutch of seasoned investors. We have had a great start and are growing at an exponential rate. The venture will offer significant growth potential along with tremendous learning opportunity and exposure across all facets of business. You will join as a core team member Responsibilities :- - Responsible for developing the overall Business Strategy for FableStreet.com, along with managing the overall product experience - Identifying improvement areas in the current e-Commerce portal, including defining the medium-long term product strategy for 50-100x scale up - Working closely with the tech team (in-house or outsourced) to get the end-to-end solution implemented - Managing other strategic projects across functions, and taking them to closure- Team Structure : - Primarily an Individual Contributor role, who would work with multiple teams Key requirements :- - MBA is a must, with atleast 2 years of product development and management experience, preferably in a large scale web environment - Proven experience of building successful consumer facing products.- - Ability to come up with lots of ideas and improvements on existing offerings. Ability to think deeply through scenarios &amp; offerings- - Strong understanding of technology and its application to solve business needs - Experience building products from concept to launch and running successfully in production. Solid mix of technical, product and business skills - Experience of working in start-up / e-Commerce / fashion will be a big plus
