Who we are:

FS Life is a group of homegrown brands that are thoughtful, relevant and solve unmet apparel and lifestyle needs for the modern Indian women. It was launched in September 2016 with FableStreet, a premium western wear brand focused on providing the best fits for the Indian women. It has now evolved into a multi-brand organisation with March - a sterling silver and semi-precious jewellery brand, which caters to women's need for high quality jewellery at affordable prices, and Pink Fort- an ethnic, Indo-western brand reimagining traditional clothing for the woman of today.

About the role:

We can't promise a structured JD, as in all likelihood you will be dabbling with 2-3 different roles across functions at the same time. You won't be working out of a fancy corporate office, but you will get to work with a rockstar team who will push you to do better every day. You won't have 5 bosses to guide you at every step but will have the freedom to make mistakes on your own. You may not have relaxed & quiet weekends, but you will have a job that doesn't feel like work even on weekdays.

So, who are we looking for?

- Research the industry landscape for specific category verticals to identify potential business opportunities/ category expansion opportunities

- Perform data analysis to understand the user behavior on the platform, derive strategic insights, and identify areas of improvement in the current business

- Estimate the business impact and growth opportunity for emerging problems based on market study and customer understanding

- Coordinate with the respective stakeholders/cross-functional teams - eg Product, category marketing, and business.

- Be comfortable with ambiguity and launch experiments that look promising based on the research.

- Track, analyze and reflect on the performance of pilot programs while continuously researching for the next set of big opportunities.

What you will need :

- B.Tech / MBA from tier I Colleges

- 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in consulting

- Ruthless prioritization skills between immediate, medium- and long-term goals

- Ability to analyze data to identify points of failure or even success area

- Ability to take up high ownership to plan and deliver on business-related goals
