Currently, the company runs 3 brands in western wear, semi-precious jewelry & modern Indian wear spaces. FableStreet has been invested in by Fireside Ventures. Who we want: We are looking for a sharp, creative and high-on-energy person to work in our brand team. The person should be a self-starter and should be able to take full ownership of the entire branding effort for one of the three brands. The role offers significant growth potential, tremendous learning opportunities, and exposure across all facets of a business. Role and Responsibilities - 1. Giving final approvals on creatives for social, Ads, and website. 2. Define the overall brand positioning & social strategy and ensure all communication and marketing activities are aligned to that 3. Understand the target audience and build a strong brand connection, through ATL & BTL campaigns and partnership 4. Drive marketing efforts, amplify on-ground activities & generate buzz through PR strategies 5. Understand key business metrics to drive, dive deep into root causes & address relevant opportunities/weaknesses through innovative marketing programs Qualifications and Skills 1. 4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in brand management and communication strategies 2. Proven track record of building consumer brand(s), along with good networks in the marketing/branding / PR space 3. Strong expertise and understanding of all online and offline marketing campaigns 4. Strong communication skills 5. Passion for apparel and fashion is a big plus
