- Identifying market movers of B2B sales and setting up meetings with Corporate Client
- Building a network of Corporate Client
- Managing a team of 10-15 Member (2-3 Sales Manager, Rest Executive/Senior Executive)
- Pitching about our product & generating business from Corporate Client/SMEs
- Understanding the business flow of market and cross selling hotels across India
- Taking reporting of daily sales from agents and helping them to grow
- Meeting and developing relationships with Key Corporate Clients via meetings and event engagements.
- Responsible for maximizing revenues and handling client expectations and key problem solving
- Manage & drive the growth & margin targets for respective region - Attract, retain & manage growth of city & area teams within the region
- Support & liaise with marketing, branding, sourcing, operations & finance teams

- With 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B Sales/ Corporate Sales/ Enterprise Sales
- Proven Leadership Skills and a team player
- Prior experience in business development and key account management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Should have working knowledge of MS Excel
