FabHotels - Senior Supply Manager - Growth & Strategy (3-6 yrs) Premium

First things first, some baseline key responsibilities to get you started:

- Lead team of 4-5 business managers to drive supply growth & partner relations

- Liaise with premium chains (like LT, IHCL, Marriott, Hyatt etc) for strategic partnership

- Own daily supply operations to improve process inefficiency and booking fulfillment

- Identifying potential cities, micro-markets and onboard hotels for supply expansion

- Liaise with demand team to increase revenue monetization

- Maintain price competitiveness for high performing markets

- Devise & execute retention strategy to drive overall inventory growth

- Collaborate with function heads (product, sales, marketing, revenue, operations, finance & tech) to accelerate revenue growth & solve challenges

- Implement strategies to improve supply quality and guest experience

- Proven Leadership Skills and a team player
