Opportunity: Senior Project Manager - Supply growth &amp; Excellence Job Description: 1. Working with co-founders &amp; acquisition leads to drive revenue &amp; inventory growth via data insights. 2. Using analytics to drive growth via new market launches and a higher share of existing markets. 3. Identifying potential new cities, micro-markets and hotel targets for expansion. 4. Evaluating the quality of new signings and driving commercial strategies for higher profitability (existing &amp; new hotels) 5. Designing incentives effectively to motivate field supply agents 6. Devising &amp; executing retention strategy to drive overall inventory growth 7. Collaborating with other function heads (sales, marketing, revenue, operations, finance &amp; tech) to accelerate revenue growth &amp; solve challenges 8. Strategizing &amp; implementing actions required to improve the quality of supply continuously Skills Required: 1. Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment 2.
