Opportunity: Project Manager- Ops & Strategy What you will do : - Own FabHotels- Operations strategy and Customer Experience metrics. - Process Design and Excellence for Hotel and Central Operations. - Design hotel partner engagement and rewards and penalty programs for sustainable growth and CX - Design product improvements for nudging consumer behaviour for revenue leakage/no shows/last minute cancellations. - Own the P&L for self-operated hotels and reduce operating expenses via various IoT and Tech enabled initiatives. - Drive traffic, user engagement, quality and conversions for the Walk-In revenue channel. - Plan and launch incentive schemes, promotions and offers to drive sales growth. - Leverage market research to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers. - Track and report on performance KPIs to optimize process and ROI. - Weekly business reviews with CEOs and Top Management. What you will need : - Experience of 3+ years from a strong pedigree background - Prior experience in managing a category, P&L management, Operations, process optimization or process consulting preferrable - Track record of leading a team to meet challenging targets - Comfort with Advanced Excel/ SQL/ R - Skills in ROI optimization, advanced analytics, ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, organized, creative and critical thinking - Self-starter with an analytical orientation; empathetic to consumer needs and preferences, hands-on approach; able to balance short-term and long-term priorities; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity - Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution - Comfort with an entrepreneurial environment - Fluent written and verbal communication skills are a plus PS : We are a 5-day per week working company
