Opportunity : Associate/Senior Associate - Payroll/Specialist (C&amp;B and Compliance) Job Location : Gurgaon Job Description : - Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, arrears, deductions, taxes, third-party payments, etc) - Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests. - Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures. - Ensuring that all PF, ESI, statutory compliances, Compliance registers, HR Audit reports, etc are completed on time - Support the HR Head and Finance team in HR audit processes - Strive to enhance the employee experience of the payroll process by reducing TATs and automation. Also, protect payroll operations by keeping the information intact and confidential. - Build relationships with key points of contact across the processes and other functions both within the company in order to maintain an understanding of the process context and identify the cross-process improvement - Manage attendance system, rosters, etc for seamless processing - Reports preparation for internal stakeholders related to payroll cost, attrition, - Disbursal of appraisal letters timely and sanitize the data from time to time. - Manage and take care of the PMS cycle from time to time ensuring that the bell curve is followed in all departments. Desired Profile : - Graduate/ MBA with min 3 years of experience - Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Must have knowledge of Excel Vlookup, pivot tables, etc - Good Communication and English Writing Skills - Good problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills - Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment - Drive self-motivation with the ability to work independently - Experience working in early-stage startups is preferred and who has worked on the HRMS system Benefits to Join us : - You will be on the payroll of the company - The learning curve is steep and has growth opportunities.
